Lauri Eschenbrenner

Lauri is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona, also she is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NH. Lauri has a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Lauri practices using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Lauri has experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings including out-patient, residential and tele-health. Laurie's career has focused on working with families, couples and adult populations.

Lauri believes in a holistic approach to health and that all components of one’s life are interrelated. Lauri enjoys golf, hiking, outdoors, reading, spending time with her family/friends, and her dog, Bella.
