Hi! I'm Crystal. Kudos for taking this leap and deciding to focus on you. I'm a huge believer in self-love and healing from the past.

I've been practicing therapy for 10+ years now. I've worked in the fields of community mental health, substance abuse, trauma, psychiatric hospitalization, the court system, and child protection. I received both my undergrad and graduate degrees from ASU. I practice using a client-centered approach where my clients feel heard, supported and empowered.

As a wife and mother to 4 young boys, I recognize and understand life is both rewarding and difficult. It is full of joys and sorrows, ups and downs, times of celebration and times of grief. I also know that when our heart and brain align, we have the power to heal, move forward, and have the things we want in life. One of my favorite quotes is by Ann Voskamp- "Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces."‍

When I'm not doing therapy, I'm running around with my kids, chasing after pets, volunteering, going to dinners with friends, scrolling on my phone, and going on walks (not runs).
