Hi, I’m Cheryl! When I’m not working with clients, I love being outdoors—whether it’s bike riding, hiking, or spending time in my garden (as long as the weather’s cooperating!). Cooking and spending time with family are my go-to ways to unwind, and I can always get lost in a good book or movie. Some of my favorites include Game of Thrones, Love & Basketball, and yes, I do have a soft spot for some guilty-pleasure reality TV.
Music and podcasts are a big part of my life too. I love tuning into podcasts like “So This Happened…” and “True Scary Story” while taking walks with my two dogs, Roxy (a pit terrier) and Riley (a Chow Chow). They keep me on my toes, and their energy is a constant reminder of the simple joys in life.
Travel is something I’m passionate about, and while I’ve explored some great places, visiting Spain is still high on my bucket list. A fun fact about me: I was actually asked to be on the first season of Love & Hip Hop New York! While I didn’t end up on the show, it was definitely an interesting experience. Oh, and I was in the AZ Miss Teen Pageant once—I didn’t win, but it was a fun chapter of my life.
I love making flower and plant arrangements—it’s a hobby that allows me to connect with nature in a creative and calming way. Being outdoors is incredibly therapeutic for me, and it’s one of the ways I recharge.
Family is at the heart of everything I do. Being raised in my native culture has taught me the importance of patience, forgiveness, and the love of family, and these are values I’m passing down to my children. For me, it’s all about continuing those blessings for generations to come.
I’m excited to work alongside my clients, helping them find peace, balance, and a deeper connection with themselves. Let’s take this journey together!
