Your Impact:

  • Inspire and empower a dynamic team of mental health clinicians, guiding their professional growth and performance.
  • Champion exceptional client care through diligent case management.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies to improve our service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback for team growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure our clinical services and operations adhere to the highest standards, laws, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment that encourages innovation.
  • Oversee recruitment initiatives, hiring, and onboarding of new clinicians.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional development through education and training.
  • Join forces with senior management to devise strategic growth plans and service enhancements.

Your Credentials:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure in your field (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) preferred.
  • Current knowledge of mental health laws, ethics, and regulatory standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
